yí-kîn...lê (已經...了)is usually used to declare something that has happened.
Example :
fan yí-kîn chú su̍k lê
(飯已經煮熟了)
* rice has already cooked.

There are many ways to say "very", one of the most common is "fî-sòng" (非常)
Example:
ke sîn ke vuk-hâ fî-sòng kui (該新個屋下非常貴)

How to say "not only" in Hakka?
毋單淨....也...
m̀-tân-chhiang....ya
Example :
kì yông yòng m̀-tân-chhiang yit-chak, ya-yû yông lióng-chak (佢養羊毋單淨一隻, 也有養兩隻)
* He is not only raising one goat, but two.
How to say "above" in Hakka?
táng-kô (頂高)
Example:
1. chok-táng-kô yû yit-pún sû (桌頂高有一本書)
* there's a book above the table.
2. yû má-sà chhôi vuk-hâ táng-kô ?(有麼儕在屋下頂高?)
* is there anyone above the house?
How to say "increasingly, more and more" in Hakka?
There are two options:
1. ye̍t-lòi-ye̍t... (越來越...) + adverb / adjective
2. kín-lòi-kín... (緊來緊...) + adverb / adjective
Example:
1. ngit-theù oi lo̍k-sân ke-sṳ̀-chiet, thiên ye̍t-lòi ye̍t am (as the sun goes down, the sky is becoming darker)
2. pan-ya kiéu-é kín-lòi kín-phoi, m̀-tî yû mà-sâ ngi̍p-lòi kak-piak vuk (in the middle of the night, dog is keep barking more and more, I wonder if there's someone entering the house next to us?)
